Kitrinos Healthcare is a UK- and Greek-based registered charity providing healthcare and support to refugees trapped in Greek refugee camps.

Our ambulance, ‘Mama Kitrinos’, is in need of urgent repairs. Please donate so we can keep her on the road. This ambulance has been with us since Spring 2016, where she helped us to provide vital healthcare services to thousands of refugees trapped in camp Eko, Idomeni.

Mama Kitrinos allows us to transport doctors, medicine and medical equipment to refugees in need, and is used to take patients to hospital for emergency treatment. In the back, there is a private consulting space, especially helpful for women, a comfortable space for those in distress, and a clean area where we can perform minor surgery. It is therefore incredibly important that we keep her in good working condition.

These repairs will cost us around £3,000, which we will struggle to cover as our funding situation is critical. Donations of any amount will help us to keep our ambulance running so we can provide care to those who desperately need it.
